Restoration & Repair
Strict attention to historical detail coupled with good old New England craftsmanship has given new life to many a vessel that has passed down the ways here at Pease Boat Works & Marine Railway.

The process of restoration although wrought with unique challenges produces a vessel of singular beauty and lasting satisfaction for both owner and beholder.

We believe much is to be learned from the past. A large part of our maritime story exists today because of sound, thoughtful and traditional building practices.

Tremendous value exists in restoring the right vessel. By incorporating the original ballast, the hand machined hardware and other irreplaceable items, the original spirit is renewed and ready for another fifty years.
